2) Provide personal information to overseas buyers
Overseas buyers, as overseas recipients, can obtain your personal information through the following channels. Firstly, overseas buyers can publicly view your personal information such as name, gender, employer, and position without logging in. Secondly, after overseas buyers log in, they should disclose their personal phone numbers to you before sending you inquiries, generating orders, and other business data. Thirdly, if an overseas buyer sends you an inquiry and you reply, or if a transaction occurs between the overseas buyer and you, after obtaining your separate consent, provide them with your email address and IP address.
Among them, the first two situations are personal information that you voluntarily disclose, and the bolded information above will be publicly displayed to the public after obtaining your consent. The email address and IP address in the third situation are personal information transmitted from within China to outside the country.
3. Scope of personal information for outbound travel
Your personal name, gender, employer, position, personal phone number, email address, and IP address information will be sent out. The outbound data that has been pushed up is collected from the supplier's client since the Tuiqiqi. Then it is transmitted to overseas through database synchronization, and HTTPS protocol is used during the data transmission process to ensure the security of the transmission channel.
During the process of transmitting data from China to foreign countries, dedicated lines are used for transmission. Domestic and foreign data centers achieve real-time bidirectional synchronization of data through international dedicated lines. Because it is real-time synchronization at the database level, the flow of data is the same at all stages of the entire lifecycle. As long as the data at a certain point is updated, it will be synchronized to other points in real time.
Platform users can only access through web pages and mobile clients. Only company operations colleagues can access data stored in overseas data centers remotely. 2) Our management security measures
We have stipulated our data security obligations with the data center operator/owner (hereinafter referred to as the "storage party") in the contract, and have made reasonable efforts to ensure that we and the storage party can fulfill the corresponding obligations.

When you request to exercise the above rights on personal information that has already left the country, you can request us to take appropriate measures to achieve it, or directly make a request to the overseas recipient. If we are unable to achieve it, we should notify and request the overseas recipient to assist in achieving it.
The overseas recipient shall, in accordance with our notification or your request, exercise the rights of the personal information subject in accordance with relevant laws and regulations within a reasonable time limit. The overseas recipient shall truthfully, accurately, and completely inform you of the relevant information in a prominent manner, clear and understandable language.
If you make too many or unreasonable requests, especially those that are repetitive, the overseas recipient may charge reasonable fees or refuse to comply with their requests, taking into account the execution and operational costs of obtaining approval.
If the overseas recipient intends to refuse your request, they should inform you of the reasons for their refusal and the channels for you to file a complaint with the relevant regulatory authorities and seek judicial relief.
(4) Default and Remedies 1. Remedial Measures You Can Take
When the outbound data is subject to risks such as tampering, destruction, leakage, loss, transfer, or illegal acquisition or utilization, the overseas recipient should carry out emergency response measures properly to protect your personal information rights and interests. We and the overseas recipient both agree that if there is a dispute between you and either of us or the overseas recipient regarding compliance with legal documents, you should notify each other of the relevant situation and cooperate to resolve the dispute in a timely manner.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you may exercise the rights of a third-party beneficiary in accordance with the above provisions, and the overseas recipient accepts your following claims for rights protection:
A. Lodge a complaint with regulatory authorities; B. File a lawsuit with the people's court where Surecloudtech Technology is located.
The overseas recipient agrees that the basis for resolving disputes related to this contract with you shall be the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
The overseas recipient agrees that your choice of rights protection will not diminish your substantive or procedural rights to seek relief under other laws and regulations. 2. Remedial measures
If we find that the overseas recipient has breached the contract, we can stop providing personal information to them in accordance with the above safeguard measures (we have the right to stop displaying your personal information to the overseas recipient, or blacklist the overseas recipient, stop providing services to them, etc.).
